    Andale Or Smith Center?

    Andale Article
    Andale+wins+the+2022+state+title+and+now+can+go+chase+Smith+Centers+79-0+record
Andale wins the 2022 state title and now can go chase Smith Centers 79-0 record

The Andale Indians are currently #1 in the state of Kansas with a record of 51-0 in the last 4 years. And guess what? They are projected to win another one this year. But, they lost one of the best senior classes in Andale History. Including their two shrine bowl kids Riley Marx and Jack Kraus and their stud Quarterback Wyatt Spexarth. They also lost many other great athletes from that class.

Another reason why Andale is so successful is because of the coaches. They have the best coaching staff in the state. They are so dedicated to what they do. Head Coach Dylan Shcmidt has been there for six years and has a 77-2 record at Andale. He was an assistant to Coach O’Hare for about five years before he took over. Since then they’ve only lost to Bishop Miege and Pratt. Andale is going to have a tough schedule with Cheney, Collegiate, and Pratt and a few good 4A teams this year.

Andale will be chasing the outstanding record of 79-0 held by Smith Center. Smith Center managed to not lose one time in the span of 6 years between 2004 and 2009. Then had a shocking loss in the state championship in overtime. They lost to Centralia 12-20 in 2009 to break their 79-0 record. So far Andale is off to a good start to beating it. Andale’s first game is on Friday, they play Wellington at home. Come support the Indians this year!

Hi my name is Brayden. I'm an 8th Grader at Andale Middle School. This is my first time helping out with Renwick Review. I do Track, Baseball, Basketball, and football. Sometimes we go to the lake for some fun and go fishing as well. I like Renwick Review because we have great teachers who want to help you and teach you new things. Someone who inspires me is Kurt Warner. Even though he never got drafted out of college he kept working then got an offer and was one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL.
