Cash Bingo

Come to Colwich Cash Bingo, at the Sacred Heart Hall in Colwich, KS
Cash+Bingo

Have you ever been bored on a Sunday afternoon? Well now is your chance to try something new! Come to Cash Bingo! Sunday Afternoon 2pm, Oct. 1, Nov. 5, Dec. 3, Feb. 11, Jan. 14, and Mar. 3, at the Sacred Heart, Colwich Church.

Sharon Scroggins (host) started Sunday night bingo as a fund for the St. Anne’s (Altar society), 50% of their profits go to charities and the other 50% goes to birth accounts. The December date has been the most popular date (180 people attended) because it’s around a holiday and it brings more joy. Pull tabs are Sharon’s favorite type of bingo to play, since they are the easiest to win. The average attendance at Bingo is 110 people, which makes a profit of approximately $1,000 a month.

Sharon likes to visit with the families at the bingo and loves seeing families enjoy the bingo while having fun together. Scroggins said that it is fun and exciting, you get to hang out with friends and families, and if you ever get hungry the ladies from the church make homemade desserts! They also have a concession stand with foods and drinks available to anyone.

If you are hungry for money, and want to give to a good cause. you don’t want to miss out on Cash Bingo at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, at Colwich!

Rylee, Middle School Renwick Review
This is my first year being involved in Renwick Review. Along with this I am also involved in basketball, volleyball, track, yearbook, and barrel racing. While being a 4 sport athlete I have gotten amazing opportunities throughout the years. My biggest inspiration would have to be  Camren Winter, she inspired me through sports. She wasn't the tallest on the basketball team but she still could control the court. Renwick has so many amazing things about it that not many people know!

This is my first year of joining Renwick Review.I go to St.Marks.I play basketball volleyball and track. I really like how competitive all the schools are when it comes to sports. It always adds to the excitement of the game. The people that inspire me the most are my friends. They are very supportive of me and always want me to achieve my goals.

Adisyn, Middle School Renwick Review
Hi, my name is Adisyn, This is my first year of being on the staff of the Renwick Review. I attend Colwich Elementary School, and I am the Student Council Treasurer. In my free time, I enjoy playing volleyball, softball, and pickleball. I also like drawing, online shopping, hanging out with friends and going to the lake. There are many people in my life that I draw inspiration from with Janelle being one that really sticks out. She is my mom's best friend, so she is around quite a lot. One reason I chose her was because she is very hardworking but still maintains a good life balance outside of work hours. Janelle also values family and this is something I believe is very important.
