Today we are getting the inside scoop with head football coach Dylan Schmidt. If you didn’t know already, Andale arguably has one of the best coaches in high school football history. Schmidt has been with us for seven seasons, but has been head coach for six of those seven. He has set the all time high record of 57 games won in a row.  Not to mention he has also won 4 consecutive state championships!

In today’s episode  we will be talking about the ups and downs in Andale football, what a typical practice looks like, his relationship with his players, and lastly his plan for next year to dominate the 3A division!

This is my first year being part of the Renwick  Review. I am so excited to have an opportunity like this!  I am on the Andale High School Dance team. I am also a member of "SADD" and "FCA". I love the extra support Renwick staff provides to students. Whenever you need help with a project or assignment, there is always a teacher or para willing to help! I love that Renwick is a community where everyone knows each other.  The Kansas City Chiefs and  the Kansas Jayhawks are my favorite sports team. One person that inspires me to achieve success is Erin Andrews. My dream is to work for ESPN as an NFL reporter.
