Jenna Kuepker is 19 years old and is the daughter of Zach and Angie Kuepker. She went to Andale for elementary, middle and high school. Jenna graduated at Andale High class of 2023, and is currently attending college at Hutchinson CC. She is majoring in exercise science and is hoping to become a chiropractor one day! Her favorite thing to do when she has free time is working out, watching movies and eating good food! Jenna loves participating in sports because it brings her closer to friends and can make you want to work hard.
Kuepker participated in softball for 2 years, track and field for 2 years, basketball and volleyball for 4 years! What Jenna enjoyed the most about volleyball was that it got her close to everyone and made her a leader. Volleyball is a very special sport to her. When asking her who her biggest supporter was she said “I had many supporters; my family, coaches and friends but out of them all the people who were always there for me no matter what were my coaches because they knew what I could do and when achieving my goals they were the reason I could do it”. She was and still is a very coachable person and is always willing to get better!
Jenna joined track and field when she was a junior and competed throughout her senior year. Track was a sport that she instantly clicked with and impressed the coaches. That is why she is now throwing at Hutchinson CC. Next year Jenna is continuing track and field as a thrower at WSU and will continue her academic career. Kuepker said the biggest change from high school to college is the crowd of people, college is definitely bigger than high school. In high school they were much closer to teammates and very competitive.
Jenna’s favorite thing about high school is that everyone was so competitive! High school sports is what got her through it all and its just a special thing that she had. Kuepker misses all the memories and will never forget them. She also misses everyone she grew with and played with. Jenna is a leader and has always excelled with teamwork. We wish the best for Jenna at Hutchinson and everything she has yet to come to her throwing career at WSU.
