The Andale Middle School recently visited WSU Tech for a college and career exploration visit. They took about 46, 8th grade students on this trip and gained some new insights, and saw some pretty cool things.
The 8th graders had the opportunity to explore various buildings, offering them a glimpse into potential career paths post high school graduation. WSU presented many career choices, allowing students to envision their future professions and areas of interest. With each building they visited, the students gained valuable insights into different fields, helping them to make decisions for the future. During their visit, the students received valuable information about financial aid options and scholarships available to support their education.
Throughout their time at WSU, the students got to see many new things. Their tour guide escorted them through various buildings that they might one day be able to attend. Among the highlights of the tour was being able to see the 3D printer, which the students thought was very cool. This encounter sparked excitement and curiosity among the students, and created a new interest in technology and educ ation.
The students left this trip with not only college insights but also a deeper understanding of financial resources and career choices.
