Andale & Garden Plain Track Regional Predictions

Andale+%26+Garden+Plain+Track+Regional+Predictions

On May 16, 2024 Andale’s track team will be on there way to Scott City for the 4A regional meet. This is no easy meet for Andale as they have some of the top 4a schools in the state coming to compete such as Buhler, Pratt and McPherson just to name a few.

Historically Andale is known for putting in as much people in the events to try and squeeze some points out. Garden Plain also has got some great competition as they are headed to Eureka on May 16 for class 2A Regional. Some of the top 2A teams in the state in attendance will include Conway Springs, Belle Plain, Hillsboro and Marion just to name a few. Mark Powell the boys head coach at Garden Plain will be leading the owls into the meet.

Garden Plain girls are the raining champs from last year and the GP boys placed 3rd for the Class 2A state track meet. Andale secured back to back state championships for both boys and girls in class 4A proving that they had the numbers and power in multiple events on the field and on the track.

League is on Friday, May 1oth at Wellington for Andale.  League for Garden Plain is on May 9th at Medicine Lodge. Both require some travel, but would appreciate all your support!

Reminder state track is on may 24th and 25th at Wichita State University, we’re in the full swing of track season so go out and support your district track teams!

I have participated in football in the past, but am currently only doing track. I am a fan of the way that the coaches run their programs. This is my first year in Renwick Review. My dad inspires me because he has taught me a lot of life lessons. My favorite sports team is the Chiefs and I enjoy watching football
